Hello: channel Mega tv Puerto Rico, it keeps freezing and shows low signal because it shows lots of pixels getting scrambled, can you please check it out?

just got a call from friend he said p5 NHL,BT, and TSN are working fine but channel change is slow but thats not the big problem.
problem is he switched to p6 and channel change is super fast but NHL,BT, and TSN are not working.
hes using buzz xrs 4000
download speed 100
wireless connected.
