Active IPTV donation is not functioning and channels are not loading.

Portal. P2 & P4

- Channel name or number. 98% channels down
- Box or app that you use- Amazon Fire Tv
- Internet download speed. 150 mega
- Description of the issue. Donation appears active and country code USA, Portal Change, IPTV reset & modem reset perform and channels won’t load and receive error message. Please help. Thank you
