Can't connect to server

I am using an nvidia shield tv with perfect player for the last year. This week it shows no channels and says can not connect to server. I have reset the iptv, changed portals, reset country lock nothing worked. Any suggestions on why it stopped working?

i got 2 of my friends with same problem ....for a week ..any advice how to fix this ??? says your account is blocked or expired contact your service provider ...i checked still has months of time ...i did resets ect.. still down ..rebooted router ..thanks for any help ..
