Portal Change

Does anyone know why portals cannot be changed at this time? I am currently on P2 and trying to change it but message says cannot be changed at this time. It's been 3 days now?

Had the same problem. Make sure you go to https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps/, not https://papiao.ru/main/search_nfps/ that you click on the donation checker in the IPTV home page.

Hi all sorry it took a little to respond back I was ill. Anyhow it is all set it was the ru changed it to is and all is well. Unknownuser your advice worked thank you again
