Just read up on some of the new android boxes coming sometime between now and Xmas and this one would make a great a great improvement on whats available now.

MyGica ATV 1960 is now available via Amazon both on the Canada as well as the US website. I pre-ordered one which won't arrive until sometime in late November or the first week of Dec but for those who may not be in a hurry, it comes with a dual tuner and 3gb of DDR4 with 16gb of internal membory. The bottom opens up to accept a terabyte hard drive and a micro SD card up to 128gb. Its on the pricey side but you can record one channel, watch another or connect an open air antenna via the cable connect on back. I expect this box will bring some smiles but its too soon to tell. -

Sorry for taking so long but I have some bad news as things are not as MyGica stipulated and I have to say I cancelled my order since the changes they made were not as I expected. I would not recommend the latest MyGica box simply because it is over priced for the remaining options it has. Simply put, it rolled out with a V8 engine with an overhead cam but came out a VW with no air conditioning. Not sure what happened but I think the software developers couldn't come up with the requirements to make everything work as first indicated. Sorry for the hype I was very disappointed but this one I am going to take a pass on. For those who really want a good android box without a huge sticker price, consider something with at least 3gb or ram 32gb or 64gb of rom. Hard to go wrong if it supports 4K with HDR ........I have 2 of the same make and model which cost me less than 110 Canadian incl shipping, tax. Sorry I can't post the make or model here as it comes back as spamming.Comment
