MyGica 465 Pro (Mac Address Could not be Updated)

I just bought a MyGica 465 PRO , purchase my donation and is trying to link my MAC address. I connected my Gica box, got the Mac address and tried to add it here and it keep saying "Mac Address Could not be Updated" I am so frustrated....... could anyone help? I thought this would have been an easy process

Mac address could not be updated error is normally caused by using the incorrect prefix. Your mac needs to start with 00:1a:79: or 00:1a:78:
With an android, use 00:1a:78: and you can use the last 6 of your device or you can make up the last 6.
