Hi all am having problem with my mag 420 an mag 254 says stb blocked call service provider . I have tried everything from rebooting to resetting . Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem ?

Ok but it keeps telling me stb blocked tried every thing and i keep getting the same stb blocked msg

did you verify your Mac and portal info match on your box and nfps site? did you perform a reset? did you try to change the portal? if you were using .tv then use .ru or .ru to .tv
try to use full portal if possible. if all fail then you may need no block file.

If you tried all that, one other thing is to allow all countries and reload your portal.
