I can't get past the registration screen on Kola. It says" your account is invalid or expired"

I have become frustrated and tried a little bit of everything including re-installing the app (I have tried this in excess of 40 times
yes I have checked and rechecked the donation # and reset the box - it is a BRAND NEW sub and i RECHECKED the upper and lower case (only 3 of those apply)

the box is android 7.1.2 so that is enough to run the app---- I am just lost and dont know what to do next
