I bought H96 Max 4gb/32gb box but it just says booting on display and then time, screen displays H96 and nothing else. Sometimes it will boot and seem to work, then freezes. There is no reset button that I can see. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

If there is no Reset hole at the back of the unit, then there probably is a microswitch in the AV Port.
*Use a non-metalic object (like a toothpick).
-Unplug the STB.
-Insert tool into AV port until you sense a small click from a pushbutton.
-Press and hold the pushbutton, plug in the STB power, and continue to hold for approx. 8-10 seconds (Observe your TV for an Info. display
Don't have my Laptop that has all my H96Max info, but look around here >

Is the TV old. (it may not auto switch to every resolution/ format)
If you say it works sometime, then immediately go into STB settings, and set the resolution to 1080p or even 720p.
*I just suspect a video res. conflict
BTW - You have a 4G/ 64G unit!
If you just bought it, then you can, at least, return it!
