My EPG is one hour ahead of my local time. I have tried going into the EPG settings and setting it to an hour earlier and no change and tried adding an hour and no change. I wonder if I have to do a factory reset to fix this? Also I have a hard time changing the sort for the EPG as most of the time it does not change. What is the proper procedure to change this? Has anybody else noticed that channel 342 (and possibly others) goes down every evening at 5:01 p.m. eastern time. If it is a server reset then why can't they do it in the early morning here in N.A.?

I don't know about the Epg because mine is okay.But as for trying to change the channel it has been a pain since the last update.I find it faster to punch in the channel # and hope that it changes when i hit the ok button. As for going down it,it does it a few times a day at times and that is exactly what it is.It's a server reset.This has been this way since day 2 or 3 maybe or 4.Who knows i'll just say it's been this way forever. When is a good time to do this?You think early morning is good? what about others that it will effect in the morning.So you see there is no good time to do it.But i'm guessing it has to be done.Originally posted by redbaron1 View Post
