Missing channels

xpl3000 and noticed a lot of channels missing, ie. the cooking channels, history etc. I don't see any way to reset the box or fix this issue. Any suggestions?

Have you tried unplugging the box and plugging it back in.

Yes that was the first thing I tried. I see I have 172 channels list and no movie channels. It looked like it took an update when i hooked it up too. This is my first Buzz as I do have a 7z+ that has all the channels. Any other suggestions?

Well maybe try a factory reset maybe that will do it.Flip the box over and look on the bottom for the reset button.

what category are you in that has 172 channels?

I will try some of these suggestions if I can find where they are. Like say this is a new box for me. Just had a quick look and could not find anything for tose settings. Thanks to all for the suggestions.

I always do a whole box reset.Because if i have to reset a box something is really wrong.

I finally found the correct menu and now have the full EPG. Thanks to all that helped.
