Update

My box automatically updated to 247 now it is stuck on the loading channels. I have to uninstall the update and everything works fine until the update is downloaded again then back to the same issue. The vod will work fine, just no live tv. I have tried clearing the cache and data with no luck. I have tried factory reset, let it update, re enter the server url. It will go to checking portal, handshake then loading channels and then I'm stuck there.
is there any way to turn off the update?
is my box defective?

No maybe try a iptv reset after it updates.If down grade turn off notifications.

I tried iptv reset and changing portals
I do have notifications turned off and it still automatically updates

Hmmm I was under the assumption turning notifications off stopped it from updating. NBS might see this thread and give you a answer.

Just got two Buzz XPL3000 boxes and setting up the first one, under upgrade in home screen I can turn off automatic updates but I am to try firs to see if anything is better, I watch a few channels and had minor freezing.

Current software version is (V002S901_20181121)
I can't find a way to have SD channels fill in the entire screen like the Dreamlink and other boxes, where are these settings?

Juts about 20 minutes after first setup, so no much I can say about it yet.

Ok so I can watch certain channels, other channels just have black screen with circle. But now I made it this far.

Are you sure the server Url matches what your account is set to? The channels you are probably getting are the free ones.One thing you could try is set your account to allow all country's and see if the other channels come up.Also make sure your mac address is right.

I can get other channels to work 200, 205, any 300s
I just have to wait about 1 minute then it will come in. I have double checked my mac and url

If your getting any 300's then everything is working and right. Are you using wireless or a wired connection?

Wireless. Now that I have rebooted the box. I'm back to stuck on loading channels.

Try and turn off county lock and see if that will work for you.Have to tried to plug the box in wired?

The country lock didn't help. I'm wired up now. Still no change. What I did notice is that when I'm on version 2 (185) everything works as it should. Then it will update restart the app, get stuck on loading channels. At that point if I press return then recall channels it will bring up the channel list but only certain channels will work.

That's weird i have the latest up date and don't have that problem. If you go to the buzz site you can contact support. They may be able to help you get it straightened out.

I tried that. Gave them my mac address. They said my firmware is the latest and said I can try for rma.
I sent my info to them and they said it's a provider issue not harware. I dont know how it's a provider issue when it works good on pre update (185)

Lets see if NBS can help you figure it out maybe they will have a suggestion for you.Give it a bit i will go see if i can find them.
