  • Buzztv XPL3000M Losing Ethernet Connection

    Hi Everyone,
looking for some ideas. I searched the forum and came up with nothing. I got a new XPL3000M. While watching Iptv after 20 minutes it losing connection. The only thing that will fix it is a full power down. Then again in 20 minutes down again. I’m using ethernet, not Wifi. I’ve don’t factory reset. Sub works good on my other Iptv box. I tried Stbemu, same thing. When I lose connection not other apps are able to connect either. Any ideas on what to try would be appreciated....

I would try spraying some contact cleaner in the ethernet connection on the Buzz. Of course disconect the power first and give it time to dry thoroughly.

Leave Ethernet plugged in but also connect with Wifi.
Use your STB and if it fails while both are enabled, it may be your Router or your ISP screwing with you.

Did returning the box solve your issue? I sort of have the same problem but mine doesn't unhook when box is being used, just in standby mode or sometimes when powered off then back on. I need to power off router and restart everything to get it to connect again.
