  • Buzz no work

    I just purchased a new Buzz xpl 3000. I have watched the set up procedure on youtube and followed instructions. When I klick connect I get the message Subscription expired or not active. I just purchased a subscription and it is active however I may have made a mistake on my order as I entered the mac address on the back of the Buzz. I thought at the time it looked weird and now that I have turned the Buzz on I see the mac address at the top of the server setting page. I went into the papio.tv and entered the mac I see on the screen and of course it does not match what was on the back of the Buzz. Now I need some help Please.

    You can log in and change it your self.Click on change mac and change it and hit apply and you should be good.

      I have already done that but it still comes up as Subscription Expired or Not Activated.
