    Hi I have 2 buzztv 4500 xrs and both dim randomly does anyone know where I can stop it from doing that?

    dim when? when scrolling through menu ,watching live tv?

      That sounds weird and if 2 are doing the same thing i would say it may be the tv.

        On both different tvs? And yes while I'm scrolling around sometimes when I'm watching a tv show. But I disconnected the box one day and used regular apps on my smart tv and no dim at all.

            Try a different hdmi cable There was a bad batch

              2 box's on 2 different TV's one upstairs and one down stairs and both dim randomly and I have to turn off and on like 3 times for it to go back to normal. I'm gonna try different hdmi's on both box's .

                        I have to keep rebooting it like 10 times today
                        both my boxes do the same changed both hdmi's and tvs are not old

                              Seems like it goes in to a sleep mode cuz sometimes it won't move around but I never messed with sleep mode at all
