They realized that App's like Perfect Player etc., were being used mainly for accessing programming from Services "other than" Amazon!
You will have to get a copy of the app's .apk file and "sideload" install it.
So ask or look around to get it, but I do not use that app.

#3.1Editing a commentSideloading is just copying an App to your device and Installing it manually.
(you have to allow unknown sources to be installed by enabling it in the Android Security Settings)
*This refers to known sources like the Amazon Store or Google Playstore, as those apps are a tested as good apps for your device)
