How long should I wait before retrying to launch app.

did you even try what I suggested you? I told you to change end of the portal the way I showed you on page one?

Yes I tried them all. Did reset both prior to and after each change. Still blocked. Tried removing and reinstalling app. same re

you must be making same king of mistake somewhere. try to use different app version or try different app. also, make sure your code is still active and not banned or expired.

Ok starting over, loaded IPTV smarters as per Papaio. Now need to find setup instructions.
