hi im trying kokaleka on my samsung phone and it works great on wifi,but when i use my phone data i keep getting playback error reconnects,tries 5 times and then it stops with message sorry this video can not be played.

(Country lock automatically sets to the Country of the IP 1st used to connect to the service, or the 1st connect attempt after an IPTV Reset is performed).
If you have ISP Lock enabled, your Cellular data will definitely be different than your home internet ISP identifier.
*Also, don't rule out "IPTV stream blocking" or "Throttling", used by many mobile services (unless you have their "Full Package". ...LOL!!!
