  • playback error on Android app

    I downloaded the app as I was suggested by Dodgeit, I don't have a problem to login the app I used my donation number as user name and password
    I see all the channel categories, epg etc but when I try to see a channel it says "Playback error, reconnect in 3s" and nothing
    I delete the account from my other box, I delete and reset the mac address and even changed my donation number and nothing
    any suggestions?

    Did you do a iptv reset with the box unplugged?

      Yes , I reset so many times that does not let me do it again, I need to wait 24 hours

        Remove your Mac address. This app will not work if there is Mac attached. I see the same error you get if I attach a Mac.

          That was one of the first thing I did , I leave it blank but is not working

            Are you running a VPN on the shield? Turn it off. Double check the user/pass, don't know if its case sensitive.

              If that app doesn't work, you can download the stb emulator and try that.

                Make sure your mag is disconnected and your nvidea is off.

                Make sure your MAC# is no longer on your account.

                Confirm your Donation#.

                Set Country lock to All countries.
                Set ISP Lock disabled.

                do an IPTV Reset and confirm it successful (Green message)

                Confirm User/Password in app is correct.

                That is the only other steps that can be performed by you without getting a Super Moderator to help.

                PM Joker or Dodgeit if you have no luck.

                    I think the problem is the Nvidia Shield box, I installed the app in another android box and I dont have any problem watching the channels

                          What happens if you have 2 boxes connected using your mac address for each box, will this work for both boxes once the mac is removed?

                            It’s only works 1 box at the time but you have to completely shut the other box off

                              In using the app...or apk...the mac address has to be deleted from the actual account....no just leaving it blank in the apk....so go into your account ...if this is yours to get into and deleted the mac address from there....thats like updating your account...iptv reset for any changes you make...then try again and see if the apk picks up the new changes
