I just bought a new donation and trying to install it on kokaleka but it's say invalid donation or has expire i had another donation on the app but I deleted it because was expire

Maybe get one of the Mods to test your account on that app.

I did a reset but still I can't logging in kokaleka i did login on smarters, isptv, perfect player any help appreciate

Are you naming it in first line and then adding username and password?

I've been logging on another platform (apps) with no problems. Kokaleka is the only one

Double check spelling
Case sensitive, maybe

Try this

Change ur portal again
iptv reset
change country lock to allow all countries

do this while ur box is off. Then boot up and change portal in the box to match what the checker shows.
