Issues updating channels

I am using the Kokaleka app on an android tv box.
I have an issue updating channels. When i click on update the channel list it takes a long time like 30 minutes of "updating" and nothing happens.
Of course i click "back" to abort the process but the updating is not done. Is there a way to fix this?

try to logout and log back in again and see if that helps

they all get you same channels. any specific reason you trying to switch to 3/4?

It's my understanding people having problems with the new update should try 3 or 4. The only channels I get is newmax and music videos everything else is timing out
