  • Donation updated, I reset my IPTV (papaio) and No channels load

    My donation ended about a week ago, and I just renewed it today with the same information as my last donation. None of the channels are loading.

    I'm using Krypton and Stalker Client. I haven't changed anything in my Stalker Client either.

    Where am I going wrong?

    Make sure you check and make sure the mac is right.I don't use Stalker Client so i don't know much about it.

      Yea, use the donation checker, make sure your Mac is still attached. After a renewal, you may need to link your Mac back up. If the Mac is still attached, try IPTV reset.

        Javitto25, you go into Donation checker, press on Change IPTV MAC, then enter your box mac address.(78 not 79) like this 00:1A:78:..:..: otherwise it not load the channels, hope it help.

          Still not working, I have reset the IPTV , everything is the same as it was before , not sure what else to do? Should I change the server #? There are 5 servers, anybody know which one works the best, I'm located in the South Florida.

            Did you logout or turn off your box before you change IPTV MAC? Check the portal did they match? These need to be done before change mac address, try again.

              disable Stalker Change your MAC# by 1 digit Example( 00:1A:78:2A:B9:43 -to- 00:1A:78:2A:B9:44) Do the same for your Device ID and Serial No. Save by clicking OK *(Do not Enable yet) Go to System Settings/ PVR&LiveTV/General tab click Clear Data -confirm with OK Go to your Donation Info page Change your MAC# to the new number. Do an IPTV Reset *Make sure ISP Lock is Disabled *Make sure Country Lock is set to "All Countries" Wait a couple minutes, then in Kodi, go to Stalker settings and Enable. "Cross your Fingers - LOL"!

                Ok I keep trying and trying , I've gone back done IPTV resets, I have changed it to the way Shooty has said, and nothing? So far a week of wasted time.

                  Do not know if it relates to you, but many users are having problems on p5. Switching servers solved their problems. What I really suggest you do, is install latest Kodi 18 version, and install IPTVXtra2 v7.7 video addon. *You have to remove your MAC# on your account.

                    FIll me in on how to do this because I had Stalker Client working and this past week it isn't authenticating anymore again. I don't know if this has to do with the change of what Papioa.is is stating:
                    All accounts are locked automatically to the first country detected by our system. You can always change the country using Edit Donation or the Search Donation form.
                    I think that started the problem, and I put it back to "All Countries" but my stalker client doesn't authenticate.
