It is not the port. You can change your port using the donation checker.

I got the same problem. My PVR Stalker says Authentication failed! Retrying.. I Followed kens instructions. It works fine with the StbEMU Pro app. I am using Zidoo Android box.

Unlike the mag box and the stb emulator, you need to enter the full path of the portal. most of the time providers just provide a shortened url that redirects to the actual portal url. stalker client doesn't do that redirect automatically.
Try and add " /c/index.html " to the portal url.

I do not recommend use of Stalker client as there are so many setup problems to achieve only partial services.
Just wondering..., has your Kodi been updated to version 19 lately?
Many problems being caused by this automatic update!

Recommend using IPTVXtra2 Video add-on (but not on kodi v19)
all I can recommend is make sure your MAC# is correct in settings and not the same as "if"used on another device.
                        Change your DevID in settings.

save your Kodi settings, power down, then go to your account info page and do an IPTV Reset.
Restart kodi and "Hope for the Best!"
                        Sorry
