  • Kodi/Stalker zoom issue ?

Kodi V16.1 + PVR Stalker on Android box:

OK so this started happening today, some channels appear to be "zoomed in" to the point where you can't see anything at all.
It's not my TV, I tried checking Kodi expert level setting under system/video out put and I get only these menu options:

    Sterescopic 3D
    Preferred Mode
    Vertical blank sync
    Video Calibration
    Reset above settings

I seem to be missing whole bunch of other options there that relate to screen resolution, full screen mode, etc that used to be there,

Is my Kodi corrupted ? Is there something else I can try ?

For what it's worth...the wrong aspect ratio / zoomed video image effect is happening on MAG254 STB's too right now, not just on Kodi.
This same anomaly happened a couple of weeks ago too.

Agreed. Not Kodi, not the Mag. A source issue on way too many channels.

oh thank god, I was pulling my hair out, so it's a IPTV/Source issue then.

Still I am wondering why am I missing those Video options in the Kodi menu ? Any ideas ?

In your kodi System Settings - Click on any tab - Then bottom tab on the left "Settings Level".
There are 4 levels giving access to more critical settings. - Basic /Standard /Advanced /Expert.
Click the tab to change the level. It will then remain on the access level for all areas.

If every channel is zoomed in, then your Android box or Kodi, may have updated itself and changed certain settings.
The setting I am thinking would be the Video Acceleration may be on. They should all be off. I think these are in the kodi Video or Playback sections.

It's in every channels zoom in , and it's in the Avov set top box with stalker. Not under kodi.
