You have a serial number filled in?
          Device id?
          is your portal correct?
is the server entered correct for the version of kodi you are using?

They have been doing Maintenance, I believe, since I have had the same problem off and on lately.
If it worked yesterday, and not today, and your Login connection timeout is approx.60sec. or more, restart Kodi. If the connection timeout is still long, then dont change any of your settings. It's them... not you.
If your error message comes up quickly,(faster than your normal). Restart Kodi. If it is still failing quickly, disable TV, clear your cache data, shutdown Kodi, do an IPTV Reset, and restart Kodi and Re-Enable TV.

Ken I tried everything you said but still get Authentication failed! I have 2 T10 plus smart TV boxes with 231 days left on my subscription and both boxes say Authentication failed.

Some time is good to check the server url address on internet browser to see is the server is online o box is online, just use firefox browser to check is the server is connecting, it should give you a blue screen with bar loading, this is good to know before changing anything.

I am also getting authentication failed. Had been working fine until a couple of days ago. I haven't changed anything until today. Tried a different url but still getting authentication failed.
