    Hello,

with help from another member named Kens, I was able to find out that I should be installing both Couch Potato's and i think PVR Simple Client to get my iptv working. I was using StbEmu that the seller suggested for me to download via Android. It is very basic and it has no TV Guide.
I'm here to ask if anybody knows where I can find a video or a step by step on how to down how to upload PVR simple client and set up TV on my box in the XDMC 17.3. I have only found videos on YouTube's on where the individual has already downloaded it with showing TV on the menu in Kodi.

I am not sure where you got your stbemu or what version it is, but I used the version of stbemu from the files repository
and the guide works but the time is about 2 hours off.

      Hello,
I get a lot of freezing even on a 75 megabytes per second internet. And also like I was saying before I don't see that much of a TV Guide, like you see on Kodi.

I can't really help you with couch potato, although I do have it installed but I have not even opened it yet to configure, I just wondered if you had an older version of stbemu because your guide isn't working?
Freezing could be your choice of media player, as mine freezes on the internal player but works perfect on the kodi player... or the freezing could be server related as I tried using iptv today and it was unwatchable.
I prefer iks over iptv anyways, but usually go in to check the VOD once a week to see what's new.

          Hi,

Yes I do have the player installed internal. Do you know where I could find how to install it onto Kodi for a newbie like at step by step instructions? I have not installed everything onto Kodi for years approximately four years.

Then you have a Kodi custom build. Get native Kodi from Playstore.
You will have to delete the Kodi you have 1st, since it is not Kodi, you cant update or install over it.

                Yes...Kodi
A custom build is Kodi with things added... and removed.
It will most likely cause problems for most.
                Install native, "REAL" KODI

You can change your media player by clicking the dropdown tab in the top right corner, then scroll to "media player" or "settings" also has media player settings in there.
There should be the option to use kodi, an internal an external and also ljk player that does not work for me at all.
You can also install other players like VLC or Xmtv.
