    How to send IPTV stalker to Chrome Cast?

    How to send IPTV stalker with PVR to Chrome Cast, I have IPTV private service.
    I can transmit other signal for example ###, bot not TV Live.

    Go to the Link below and follow the instructions for either Windows or Android setup.

    Windows is quite easy, but requires you to use Google Chrome browser and its screen cast function.

    Android requires the Local Cast application, and a Playercorefactory.xml file (link is provided), and copy it into the Kodi userdata directory.
    A file manager application like ES File Explorer is recommended and the settings must enable "Hidden Files and Folders" access.
