Thanks for this app. I installed it and removed my MAC and did a reset. Put donation in username and password. Tries to connect but fails. Any ideas or is it down? Thanks.

make sure your username and password got no errors. and check your internet connectivity as well.

Just to confirm username and password is your donation? I ended up going back to using Kodi and resetting my MAC and back up. I checked my info with the app but it wouldn't connect. Got the settings page but no connection. Hard wired 600 mbps on T95Z Plus.

I have not tried this one yet. User/password might be case sensitive? I am not sure. Remove Mac, change your portal and see what happens. I am gonna try this now too

I could not test as I have no android device to test right now so I would follow nightmare's advise of changing portal.

User/Password should be your donation number (both the same) ... no letters. I don't want to lose my P1 portal as it has been dependable (unlike what I hear about P6). I will wait for some more input from anybody that tries this. Thanks for the replies.

your username and password is same but its combination of numbers and letters. and letters are capitals. double check your donation. you are probably typing your confirmation or order number.

Just fyi ... when I look at info in the settings page it recognized my account and expiry date, so I know it connected.

ok then try to change external player to MX player or something and make sure you do have player installed.

No I'm not using the confirmation number .... I'm using the donation number .... the same as I used with Kokaleka when it worked .... Haven't used Kokaleka for a while but the last time I did it worked.
