For the last couple of weeks I haven’t been able to watch most of the channels. I have to do iptv reset then signal comes for a minute and then stops. I am using m3u list with Apple TV. I bought a fire tv stick and have the same problem. Looks to me iptv zeta is restricting my MAC in some way. I also have a dream link with other donation and it works fine, Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Same thing with my services I got a Samsung TV with ss IPTV app and after a minute all channel are in black screen I've reset my modem and then a IPTV reset and I turn off and on the TV and works for a minute and then goes black again I got this issue since more then a week, any help guys.thanks -
I have several devices with different apps and I have to reset each time to use another app, please fix it this is annoying, I read in other blog that is a new security measure but won't help at allComment

I have several relatives and friends (elderly people) who uses m3u and they don't have sufficient skills to do the reset every time they change their app, I helped at the beginning (first setup) but now it's very hard to them to use this system. I think to country lock an isp lock it's enough for security reasons, why don't let this as an option (on and off) and we decide if is good for us or not?Comment

It can be just like everywhere else and have a donation or an account for each Stb.Here at least you have the option to use the donation on multiple devices with the ability to change your own mac instead of emailing someone and waiting for them to do it.Do think they would do it twice a day for you so you can use 2 different boxes?Most likely not. If it was up to members to decide what security measures where put in place do you think there would be any? Probably not and your accounts would get jacked allot.Then there would be complaints of you not being able to use your account.Is it really that hard to teach someone to do a iptv reset?It really don't take much skill to load a web page and put in the email or order# and the donation# to hit a button to do a reset.Comment

Based on these same complaints, are you saying that when using the M3U format to watch our sub. we need to tie a mac address to the donation to keep this from happening, or not use a firestick or Apple product ? If the password were more complex and symbols were allowed, this would solve one issue with security, the other issue would be to modify the donation sequence and entry by creating a password in the Mac Address Fields, and linking these passwords to a new field in our donation, and all our devices would have to have the password AND secret Mac Address entered in a new field during setup of every device. Using this method would stop all these issues, and secure all our donations on all devices, and also limit users from using 2 hardware units at the same time. I want to add one more request: I would gladly pay additional money to use our donation on up to 6 devices at the same time. This would help tremendously to keep from purchasing 6 donations.
