  • Authentication Error

Hi I'm using a mag emulator on a Nvidea shield, always worked great but after renewing my donation I keep getting Error in red letters in right top corner of the authentication box, Login and password are correct, status donation is active, tried several IPTV resets, also changed MAC address several times but nothing seems to work, I also filed out a contact form with help request but I don't get any response.

Make sure your iptv port didn't get changed and every time you change the mac you will need to do a iptv reset.

Thx guys I ended up removing the stb app and reinstalling it, that did the trick, but now most channels are dead with exception of most international, music, cspan, london live and maybe some others. All channels shows in the EPG though but most of them don't work, VOD won't load either
I'm on portal 2 tried 4 but gave the same result, speed is 40 down

Turn off the stb and do a iptv reset.

        Hi Petercur,

        Once you open the emulator,
From the menu select Settings > Profiles(NFPS,******,*****)
Go to STB Configuration, Hit Device ID, check-boxes marked Use MAC-based decice ID & Send device ID.
Go to STB Configuration, Below you will see Media player settings, Hit Media player and select Ijk player.
        Exit out and restart STB.
