  • Getting new smart TV

Hi guys, I'm looking for a new smart TV but I have a couple of choices LG or Samsung and of course I want to set up my current subscription to iptvprivateserver, so the question is, in your opinion which brand is better or easier to set up, I'm not a tech guy, I have an old MAG 254 some 7 years old and since I set it up I haven't touch it again, some help would be appreciated. thx

Be careful and read Samsung smart tv section before you purchase it. A friend of mine had curved Samsung smart tv and tried to use Dreamlink t3 and Buzztv3000.initially they worked fine. However the last time I went there nothing worked. It kept buffering and freezing badly. The tv kept asking for set up and during set up the providers were limited to those available in his area.He couldn't use the Youtube app from both Dreamlink and Buzz tv. The very expensive tv he bought has now become a white elephant.

One person talking about smart tv obviously he wants to use it as an iptv box (with smart iptv apps) I dont really understand why dreamlink and buzz boxes got into the topic. A dreamlink TV box or a buzz box will work no matter how smart or how stupid a tv is

...and this is why I posted which TV's are using a TRUE Android OS!
Boy, is he going to be disappointed when he tries to find an app to use.

*FYI, real Android OS allows installing any app you want, whereas Proprietary Android versions will only load approved apps from their App Markets.

its OP's choice but to be honest if I were OP. I would buy me nice dedicate box (dreamlink T3, buzz or formuler) but if you can not afford just buy cheap android box. they are around $20-30 and can install our kokaleka app, stb emulator, vlc, perfect player...etc so many options
trying not to hijack thread but just a suggestion and thought.
