What's the difference between renewing a donation and just buying another one. I have been here for quite a while and have never renewed always bought new one.

When you renew you keep the same donation number and portal -
Renew means you already had donation and you want to keep same number and portal( only apply if you renew within 30 days before and within 30 days after expire.
Buy a donation mean you you buy a donation with new number.Comment

I have been a subscriber for over 10 years and was very disappointed to see today that the only way to renew a subscription is through bicoin gateways. I have always paid by credit card and would like to do so again. Is there any way I can renew both my donations without going through the bicoin gate way.Comment

Unfortunately ATM is not available in Canada and the Bitcoin gate you provided on your site does not work. Great deal of time wasted. I will not bother to renew my membership and will be going to other suppliers. As a customer I feel that you are dictating payment and since this is still the free world I will make payment my way. Bitcoin requires too much information over the internet which is a very high risk. Let me know if I can pay by credit card or not worries I will go elsewhere.Comment

There is one other option and it's paypal (if you have an account). Or you can just sign up for one and go that route.Again if you find a supplier that will take your personal credit card good luck. Many decent and smart servers have switched and are using Bitcoin now.

Toronto is 4 hours away. Really????? That is the closest one. Come on now what about some convivence for the customer.
