Pop-up message question

Hello there my friends, I am getting a message says your account is blocked or expired, I still have six days left before it expires, let me tell you what I did I paid for one donation yesterday so I checked today to see if it went through and it didn't so I reset the IPTV to see if it would updated but no and did not, but before I reset it it was working good but after I reset it I'm getting that message pop up and no IPTV, I try resetting it again still don't work and I tried a difference stb box same problem, does anybody know if the servers down what should I do? Thank you

I just got it working ????????
somehow when I reset the iptv it change my portal from P3 to P5,
one other question for you I renew my donation yesterday and it was accepted and deducted out of my bank account but I haven't heard nothing and my expiration date has not changed any suggestions? Thanks
