Your account is invalid or expired after 5 days vaction

Just came home after a short (5 days) vacation and when I open KOKALEKA TV it says invalid or expired account.

My account is still good for another 294 days.

Does someone from NFPS help me with this.

I was able to correct this problem by adding a new MAC address.
