Renewed two DreamLinksT1 plus

I renewed my sub on two DreamLinks, checked donation checker it is up to date on both but still get " YOUR STB IS BLOCKED, CALL YOUR PROVIDER". I tried doing a reset which did not help. Also I did not make any changes due to it was working without any issues.
Any help would be appreciated & thank you,

Did you make sure the mac address where still attached to your account?

I changed the Mac address on both in the system & double checked to be sure they were still there after a reset

Hmmmm did you make sure that they are on the right url? and also do the reset with the boxes unplugged?

Yes, the boxes were unplugged for the reset. I tried both the IPTV Portal which was in my settings prior to renewal and entered the full IPTV Portal URL which did not help.

The portal has to match what the account says.

The IPTV portal matches the account. It's the same portal I had in the past
