Few things if your using a mag it may be blocked.Other reasons are the wrong mac is attached or not attached to your account. Or your account is banned because your using a Vpn.

read the menu guide , it;s in the inner portal , it tells you how to load your m3u list and use the iptv channels with the app that's installed on your mag. TV

i have 2 mag 254, the old one work fine. The new one is blocked. i try with noblocked, r14 , reset. Nothing work on new box. Any better box i should buy to replace which does not have the issue?

There is a few you should look at a Buzz or EzMedia are good choices definitely not another mag.

I am using the Smart-STB app on my LG TV, i've had it on and working smoothly for months as of the last 3 weeks or so whenever i try to use it i get my STB is blocked. I do not use a vpn. I was able for a while to do a reset and that worked but that does not even work now. Any help would be appreaciated

Go into settings and select server and set it up.

set up buzztv for my not working mag254. Buzztv work perfect. it is a little harder to use than mag 254 but it work perfect. My new mag 254 is back for sale on ebay starting bid 58 us dollars.
