Donation done but got no email

I did a new donation on may 14th.
checked it on the 15th in order status it showed active wrote down the last donation of 3 just to see if I could set it up.
never got an email with the donation #'s.
just tried to order status to write down the other #'s now it comes up red like the order # doesn't exist.
hit the help button about 30 mins ago.
Still waiting.

Better off to start your own thread. Depending on the device or the application you are using, the set up will be different. You're gonna need to provide more info in the correct section to get some help.
