hi gallardo i changed it because ifot a new donation any help help please.

You need to use the Iptv Donation Checker using your old Donation Number and then delete the Mac address and then do an iptv reset.

Then use the new donation number and the iptv donation checkere and put in the mac address and then do an iptv reset.

The mac address can only be used with one donation at a time so you need to delete it from the old before it will let you use it with the new donation.

Hi to all, I contacted them and they switch my connection to portal 1, and suggested me to use the full address , I did all that, no changes, every time that I want watch tv I need to log in into my account and change the location to ALL COUNTRIES, is annoying, very.......

I have the same problem. I've tried changing the countries, reset mac address, emailed supplier for help. Nothing has worked. I have three subscriptions for myself and two other friends, two of the subscriptions work but this one MAG 254 unit (others are MAG 254 as well) just can't log in. I've updated firmware on MAG 254 as well. This is clearly a problem with a subset of MAG 254 owners. Still looking for help.

- Order Number or email used to pay your donation.
- Donation (username)
- Go to geoiptool.com and tell me the country that show up there, make sure that you access that website from the same internet connection that your IPTV box is using.
- Which IPTV Box or application are you using?
