Yes read through the thread there seems to be a problem with some mags.That's what i get from reading it.

I was have the same problam about the audio but I got it fixed

It would help others if you said how you fixed it!!!

Here is what i did . Went into settings and it down loaded the r19 once again. When it came back went into Video settings and the sound is back in all the movies. Even the latest movies all have great sound. Its possible they fixed this issue . So once again can watch any new movie with great sound again. Hope this helps for those have this issue.

lost all sound on mag 254 on all channels,mag 254 p5 wired fiber 100 mbps plus. i have read all the information on this site about sound issues with mag 254,and have tryed all sugestions,the only thing i havent tryed is loading different hardware on it,for lack of having a usb stick.but other than that i would appreciate any help or suggestions please.

The current firmware version r19 and the mag 254 recent VideoClub movie uploads (Wish Upon, The Sound, Don't Sleep, Cargo) are without audio. This is the first classics movie upload, It Happened One Night. that is also without audio. The only movie with audio from the Today movies, Wind River, which seems like all mag 254 should also have same issue with no audio.

Try logging into the donation checker and do a reset. It may help, or you could have a fiber optic cable not connected, also this doesn't help solve the audio issue on some mags or other iptv receivers.

All is working now no problem with the sound on Video club. Just down loaded the r19 again and every thing works great again.

I went into the Bios and did a complete reset, it solved most of my problems

It is definitely something with your STB boxes... on demand works perfectly on my MAG256 and Dreamlink T1 Plus. I heard there where some issues with 254 users since the last update from informir. As a sidenote, thanks to nfps for adding a couple of all time favorite movies. Love em!

well iam glad this worked for some of you, buy as for mine i tryed all that has been suggested and no luck in getting audio for my mag 254.

If you re downloaded R19 then i had read that it's best to do 2 factory resets afterwards.This is something i read after R19 came out when some were having trouble.
