  • freeze and lag every 5 seconds.

95% of the channels have freeze and lag issues, video club steams are perfect. I have a mag 254 with newest update. did IP reset and port changes without any improvement.
    Any suggestions ?

Video Club streaming/ buffering method is different than iptv channels.
In the regular channels, if you get even 1 HD channel without buffering, then it is not your setup.
Check the Forums when this happens to see if others are experiencing the same symptoms.

/FYI - Some days they make changes or do server maintenance and most of the system will end up being sluggish due to limited server resources.
*Note - Check ch.240. It is usually operating normally when all other channels are intermittent, just to give you an idea of what is going on also.

its a wired setup, speed test is 1.3 to 1.5 mbps. I know its slow as hell, the IPTV worked great back when it was free and after the new HD tv channel up grade its nearly unwatchable.
Any thing I could change for resolution for the lowest setting ? I do not have a hd tv.

You need to upgrade your internet, If you're testing your speed at fast.com it should be 2 - 2.2m for good picture quality
