Has anyone ever changed their donation number through the IPTV Reset & Donation Checker app. Under you donation # it says Generate new one. How'd that go for you when you clicked on it. Did it pop up another Donation number right there on the screen or do you get an email with new donation #. Just wondering cuz I did try and generate a new one but left the screen to check email thinking it would be there but it was not. Having a great deal of trouble swapping out an old Buzz 3000 with the new X5 box. Now when going into the IPTV reset using old donation number I'm getting a message that the information provided is not correct........ which makes sense but have no generated new number to replace it. Still have 450+ days on the old donation.
