Account locked error

Hello how are you guys, I have a reseller account and I made some new activation which I haven't been able to make it work, every time that I try to use it in kokaleka I get the error account locked or disabled. I've changed the donation, changed the portal, and portal reset, country lock is activated as well. I have also tested the internet connection on the device and it is good. I did try to open the portal address in a web page and none of those worked I got server down http://p2.iptvprivateserver.ru/c/index.html . Any advice will be very appreciated.

Hello everyone. Similar problem here. Renewed an account, and status is set to active. But using iptv smarters or other iptv software, it says invalid username or password. Tried changing donation number. Same result. Please help. Thanks !
