KokalekaTV on FireTV - Invalid or Expired account

Hello everybody,
I bough a new donation for a second FireTV but whenever I try my new user/password is says invalid or expired
I tried assigning the FireTV MAC and generating a new Donation # but it still not working
I tried to use the Donation # in another device with the kokalekaTV app and also says the same.

papiao staff told me to ask here how to make it work.

My donation is active and does not have ban.

Any help will be much appreciated.

first make sure Mac address is not attached to your donation. if its attached then remove the Mac address from provider site then hit reset on provider site.
username and password will be your donation code. its case sensitive. make sure 0 is not o or o is not 0.
