I am hoping you can assist with a problem I am having wich is prevenyng me form am a[enjotin a service ihave throroughlyenjiyed for past seven years or more. Despitemy folowothe instructins fro ablocked STB boc=x I can tinueti receive that nessage. I can nky briefky enjoythe servuce ewhen I change the loacaton forn Dominica to all countries, butas yiu are aware the sytemwill return to Dominica once the bocx s restarred.

please help e rectfy tisproble, so I can enjoy my servce.
