  • Mag 324 setup

I'm uber new to iptv. I have an account setup and the box installed on my network. When I try and link a portal I get an error message of stb not supported. Any help is appreciated!

Yes, I have my MAC address linked n my account. I have tried changing the default portal address in my account as well.

The other thing you can try is set your account to allow all countries.

I have tried changing the user country, I have tried multiple portals, have tried changing my account number and have triple checked the MAC address, still getting the same "your STB is not supported ".

Well i guess the next thing would be to try a M3u on your computer with Vlc or Perfect Player.

I am currently using a mag 324w2 and it works perfectly, my suggestion is that first of all check your internet connection, then check that the portal is correctly written, and then check that you have the Mac number without errors

you may have good speed and see good speed time to time but when you send and receive packets for long time you may notice issue with your service thats because could be your internal and external wiring or something with ISP comic out from their main hub.
