Max TV Box

I have a problem with a Mag TV box and I would appreciate some help please. The box does not boot up. It appears to need installation of the firmware. I would like to know where this file is available. My searches for it have not been successful. The STB model is 4k_PVR_20.11.2017

you can reset to factory default if you can get in it also found out if you leave it plugged in for a while it boot's here is the reset info

take a tooth pick and insert in A/V hole and see if you hear click. if yes then that your rest button. remove power cord, hold that reset button then insert power and wait for few second until you get into recovery mode. once that screen comes up then reset your box and you should be good to go.
