AlfaWise H96 PRO+ will not turn on.

Hello,

I need help and hope someone here may know what to do. My new AlfaWise H96 PRO+ will not turn on. When plugged in

there is a red light in the SPDIF spot.

Have you tried turning it on from the panel, with the remote control or both ? Red light suggests the box has power connected to the box but your remote control may need batteries or there may be a problem with the internal power supply, the power switch. The only way you can tell is to take it to an electronic technician repair and see if they can find the problem with it and how much it will cost to fix it. Some of these boxes have thermal issues where they get too hot and something shuts down due to a lack of ventilation or cooling.
