NFPS has not updated to v5 and up?

Infomir Stalker Middleware v5.0.3


This is what i got when i tried the infomir stalker for android lite on my samsung S4, with NFPS server (see picture attached)

this app does not provide a mac address as to allowed a donation for it, so i just use the donation number for username & password, like i normally do, then use this address in ther server address field http://1.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal

any info welcome.
