I entered the box by using the method you would use to flash from the usb just to check because when the bar crosses the screen the and the box should open it says "no video connection"and when I brought up the box info there is 0 in the image line no software. Is there any way to rectify this.

The IPTV Reset is not in the box but at the Donation Checker and IPTV Reset which you can find at the top to the page as a tab.Comment

Maybe someone that uses one will come along and help you. You can maybe go to the infomur site and see what is there. Will it not update on it's own? Not to many use mags anymore.Comment
