MAG522 STB Blocked

Hi guys,

I would like some assistance. I am setting up a mag 522 and I am getting the stb blocked message. I have entered the full address in the box and on the donation checker I changed the portal to 7. Country lock is set and mac address entered. I did a few resets and reboots but the message still appears. Any ideas or suggestions?

Try it without using the full url. Check your spelling of the portal url and double check the Mac

You can also try unplugging your box, change your country lock to allow all countries and then plug it back in and check

Tried your suggestions and no luck. I tried changing the portal as well but now it is only giving me portals 1 or 3. Can't seem to get 4 or 7

I was using p7 and it didnt work. Tried changing it to see if I could get p4 and now it is not giving me either of the 2

I emailed papaio to get the server changed which they did but I am still getting the same message. Stb blocked. Last line displays my mac address and serial number together.

No. Correct portal and correct Mac should be all

try using vpn if not using vpn and if using vpn try to turn off vpn and see if that helps.
also, do you have internet connection on your box?

Yea there is internet connection on the box, wired. I just tried an old mag I had with the same donation info and it worked on the first attempt. Problem with the old mag is it hasnt been used for a few years so the video is cutting in and out.
